A member of the Blach team since 1998, Juan was promoted to Vice President of Preconstruction Services in 2009.
Throughout a 30+ year tenure with Blach, Ken’s proven capabilities as a builder, augmented by natural leadership skills, have led him to supervise many of the company’s largest and most demanding projects.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Gaye’s top priority is to support Blach’s employees while maintaining the company’s unique culture. She is also responsible for recruiting great people, professional training and career development, medical and other benefits programs, and working to ensure
Bringing 25 years of experience to Blach, David oversees the company’s in-house preconstruction services team, which includes estimating, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, constructability reviews, and Building Information Modeling.
Laura oversees the accounting group and is responsible for Blach's accounting, finance and risk management functions. Her accomplishments include enhancing the internal budgeting process and controls and significantly upgrading Blach's financial forecasting.
Celebrating his 10th anniversary with Blach Construction in 2012, Matt plays a broad-based role in the organization overseeing a variety of programs and activities including marketing, communications, customer service and corporate philanthropy.
