Special Needs School and Modernization Program
Blach was selected by the Stockton Unified School District to provide preconstruction and Lease-leaseback services for multiple projects, as part of a $460 million bond program funded by Measure Q.
The modernization and new construction program, delivered under a Lease-leaseback approach, began construction in March 2010. Completed projects included:
The Walton Special Center - A 43,000 s.f. special needs school. Construction for the project includes a new, 13,000-s.f. early childhood center, modernization of existing buildings, including structural improvements, ADA upgrades and parking expansion.
Pulliam Elementary School Modernization - Campus modernization project, including infrastructure improvements.
