The 42,000 s.f. mixed-use facility features the campus’ main library, facilities for the Disabled Student Programs & Services, an employee training center and computer services.
Also included in the project scope are mathematics and writing labs, distance learning services, lecture halls, classrooms, and faculty/staff offices.
Blach partnered with BFGC-IBI Group Architecture Planning of San Luis Obispo, which provided construction administration for the project.
Construction for the project began May 24, 2010 and completed January 2012.
