New Special Education Buildings
Blach Construction was selected to perform $17M worth of work for the County. The projects include nine special education classroom buildings that vary from 6,800 s.f. - 17,100 s.f..
Completed projects include Brownell Middle School, valued at $4.4M and Ann Darling Elementary School, valued at $5.9M. The buildings incorporate features such as hearing aid centers, courtyards and new administrative spaces.
The Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) is a regional service agency that provides instructional and business services to the 31 school districts of Santa Clara County. The SCCOE serves students through special schools, alternative schools, Head Start and State Preschool programs, migrant education, and Regional Occupational Programs.
The Office also provides curriculum support, staff development, and technology training programs directly to teachers and staff in schools countywide.
