SPCA Monterey County Campus Expansion

Blach performed an extensive campus expansion that included the construction of two new buildings totaling 10,000 sq.ft. -- their new Training Center and the Sally Lucas Treatment, Learning & Compassion (TLC) Center -- and renovations to the existing Claire Jacobson Learning Center.
