Multi-building Renovation

Blach renovated Orchard School District's administration office and expanded its library learning center. The new library was awarded LEED Gold designation for new construction, a result of the team’s sustainable efforts that included more than 95% reuse of existing building materials, HVAC energy management software and photovoltaic panels, waste diversion and alternate transportation options, among others.
