Anderson Hotel Apartments

The historic Anderson Hotel Apartments provide critical, affordable housing to in-need residents of San Luis Obispo. Located in the heart of downtown SLO, the 100-plus year old building includes 66 residential and two manager's units, a leasing/tenant office that will provide supportive services to residents, a community room, serving kitchen, public restrooms and street-level retail storefronts. In addition to meticulous historic preservation, work performed included major seismic, structural and MEP-F upgrades, including basement improvements, updated energy systems and new windows, appliances and light fixtures throughout. A new PG&E transformer was installed as well.
