New Headquarters Building

Blach was hired to perform extensive tenant improvements at the Heising-Simons Foundation. The LEED Gold-certified space features sustainable elements, including recycled wood reclaimed from the old Transbay terminal, recycled cork flooring and window shades linked to a sunsensor that balances and adjusts indoor lighting to natural daylight.
