Santa Rosa City Schools selected Blach Construction to build a new 16,000 sq.ft., two-story classroom building at Piner High School. Using Blach’s Folia prefabricated classroom system, the Design-Build project will be completed in just 16 months to support the school’s transition to serve grades 7–12. The facility includes 11 classrooms, a science lab, restrooms and support spaces arranged around a student courtyard. Collaboration and prefabrication enable Blach to meet the district’s aggressive schedule efficiently and sustainably.
