Visual and Performing Arts Building

As Construction Manager, Blach oversaw the construction of this two-story, building complete with seven multi-functional classrooms, two fine arts rooms, a dance studio, teacher space, an outdoor workspace with easy-access garage door and a ceramics studio. Additionally, Blach was responsible for all site work, including underground utilities, hardscape and landscaping.
