SMASH-Muir Water Instrusion

The campus housing both Santa Monica Alternative School House (SMASH) and John Muir Elementary suffered extensive water intrusion and severe damage, prompting the demolition and removal of all roofing, flashing, and vertical surfaces to expose the plywood sheer walls. This project also includes environmental work and replacement of all external MEP systems and guardrails, handrails, and other architectural building elements.
